Field Service Engineer – Control and Automation Systems A Snapshot of Your DayJoin a passionate team where you deliver expert technical support and engineering solutions for energy plants across Italy, Greece, and Malta. You’ll rotate through a 24/7 hotline service, tackling real‑time challenges and resolving issues for up to 14 days each month. You actively design, modernise, and maintain SPPA‑T3000 DCS systems, ensuring both new and existing installations run smoothly. Your day is filled with hands‑on troubleshooting, system upgrades, and collaborative problem‑solving with colleagues and customers. Imagine making a direct impact on the reliability and innovation of energy infrastructure while growing your skills in a dynamic, supportive environment.How You’ll Make An ImpactProvide expert customer support, troubleshooting, and resolve technical problems for energy plant control systems.Update system components by applying the latest firmware and security patches.Design and engineer tailored technical solutions for new and existing installations.Configure solution components and systems to meet specific customer needs.Prepare detailed design documentation to ensure clarity and precision in every project.What You BringAt least 5 years of experience working with automation systems.Proficiency in PLC and DCS programming languages.Excellent knowledge of Italian and technical English; additional languages (French, Spanish, German) are an advantage.Strong orientation toward achieving objectives and delivering customer service.
