The person will be responsible for the development and performance of activities related to Sales in Lombardia. What will your contribution be?Working independently to achieve agreed business targets by maintaining existing business and developing new business opportunities. Promotions, presentations, training, surgical/theatre participation, workshops related to the development of the business of focus and key Company products Implementation and delivery of plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the area assigned in collaboration with Company Management Contributes to the development of training and educational programs for customers. Coordination of the distribution and logistics of the product for identified customer needs What are we looking for?Preferably residence in Milan area 2 years of experience in sales management in Orthopedics/Trauma preferred. Good level of English Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Willing to travel 90% of your time, based on business needs. What soft skills will you improve?To become an excellent face-to-face communicator Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements. Proven leadership and ability to drive customer decision.
