Who we are looking for?We are seeking for a talented and highly motivated Technical due diligence - Trainee to support our Building & Project Consultancy team at our Corporate Office in Milan.The ideal joiner has:Italian and English fluent;Master Degree in Civil or Building Engineering or Architecture;CAD drawing desirable;Highly competent and skilled with Microsoft Office, including Excel;Clear written and verbal communication style.Do you think you have what it takes to become part of Savills Building & Project Consultancy Team? Read further and apply here >>What will be your daily activities?As Technical due diligence - Trainee at Savills you will support the team members in the following activities:Support team members in managing building project work predominately from private clients, private managed estates and large institutional clients;Data room organisation and collection;Prepare presentation, update track record;Undertaking Building Surveyor's inspections and preparing reports;Property area measurement according to international Standards;Interested in technical due diligence, project monitoring, cost assessment process;Support to preparation of tender documentation including preparation of construction details, schedules, specification of works for repair, alteration, property renovation and new build projects;Consistently delivering high performance.In addition to the tasks described above, the job holder may be required to carry out other duties as may reasonably be required from time to time.What skills do we consider essential in this role?Ability to quickly build rapport and long standing client and colleague relationships;Commits to challenging goals and delivers consistently against these;Delivers efficiency in addition to effectiveness;Self-starter, who relishes challenges and strives for the best;Team player who builds relationships and consults with others, quickly establishing trust and credibility;Diplomatic and confident with a positive outlook;Ethical with strong integrity;Creative and lateral thinker, with the ability to problem solve and focus on solutions;Presentable and approachable and ability to engage with a variety of audiences;Self-motivated, goal driven individual able to prioritise, work under pressure and meet deadlines;Ability to work in a clear and logical fashion, with good organisational skills and attention to detail.What we offer?Working in a professional, inclusive and supportive work-environment;Internship contract.Please note: the interview will be held in italianPlease note, we will use your personal data to respond to your application.
