We are seeking a talented Frontend Software Engineer to join our dynamic team at Trustfull. As a Frontend Engineer, you will be responsible for developing user-facing features and ensuring a seamless user experience across our web applications. You should have a passion for web technologies and a keen eye for design. Your main responsibilities will include translating UI/UX design wireframes into actual code, delivering high-quality code that meets performance and security standards, and collaborating with back-end developers to integrate APIs and services. If you have strong problem-solving skills and a desire to create rich and engaging web applications, we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and evolve user-facing features using React , TypeScript , and RTK Query Contribute to the design and architecture of a micro frontend platform, ensuring modularity and scalability across teams Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver cohesive and performant user experiences Own the full development lifecycle — from technical design to implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring Participate in code reviews , mentor junior engineers, and uphold high standards of code quality and maintainability Translate Figma designs and UX requirements into functional, pixel-perfect components with responsiveness and accessibility in mind Optimize applications for performance , bundle size , and cross-browser compatibility Integrate with RESTful APIs and contribute to improving API consumption patterns within the frontend codebase Help maintain and expand the shared design system and component library Contribute to continuous improvement of our development processes, tooling, and CI/CD pipelines Requirements 3+ years of experience developing modern web applications with React and TypeScript Strong knowledge of RTK Query and the Redux Toolkit ecosystem for scalable state and data fetching patterns Hands-on experience designing and integrating micro frontends , ideally using module federation or similar techniques Solid understanding of component-based architecture , code splitting , and lazy loading strategies Ability to write clean, maintainable code with a focus on performance and reusability Familiar with testing tools like Jest, React Testing Library, and ideally E2E testing with Cypress or Playwright Experience consuming and designing RESTful APIs (GraphQL is a plus) Comfortable working with design systems and translating Figma or Storybook components into production-ready UI Proficient in Git workflows, code reviews , and collaborative development practices in a team environment Awareness of accessibility (a11y) and web performance best practices Experience in CI/CD pipelines and working in Agile teams Benefits OSS Friday: every Friday is dedicated to OSS development and training Monthly Workshop: Every month the team organizes an internal workshop on new technologies/trends Top Pc Rig: we offer top of the line laptop to ease and speed up development Competitive retribution package and stock options Private Health Insurance Hybrid work solution 60% from home Training & Development *Job offers may be withdrawn if candidates do not meet our pre-employment checks: unspent criminal convictions, employment verification, and right to work.*
