Project Manager – Engineering (Technical Project Manager Impianti Tecnologici)As part of the General Management Department, you will be responsible for overseeing and successfully delivering Sephora Italy's main strategic projects. You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation, in close alignment with Sephora Italy's strategic goals.Lead and manage all aspects of project execution, ensuring adherence to project plans, agreed schedules, and quality standards.Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, implementing effective solutions to ensure projects remain on track.Cross-Functional Team CoordinationEffectively collaborate with diverse cross-functional teams across store operations, marketing, supply chain, finance, and external partners/vendors.Facilitate clear communication and collaboration among team members, ensuring alignment on project goals and deliverables.Resolve conflicts and remove roadblocks to enable team members to perform at their best.Stakeholder Communication & ReportingMaintain regular and transparent communication with the General Manager, CODIR and key stakeholders, providing timely updates on project progress, challenges, and opportunities.Prepare and present insightful project status reports, highlighting key achievements, risks, and proposed mitigation strategies.Budget ManagementDevelop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation and adherence to financial guidelines.Monitor project expenditures, proactively identify potential cost overruns, and implement corrective actions as required.Who we are looking for:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Project Management).Significant experience (8+ years) in project management, with a demonstrated focus on retail operations and/or marketing projects.Excellent understanding of the Italian retail market landscape.Exceptional leadership, communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to effectively coordinate and motivate cross‑functional teams.PMP or other recognized project management certification is highly desirable.Fluency in Italian and English is essential.Key Skills:Expertise in project planning, execution, and monitoringExceptional cross‑functional team coordination and leadership abilitiesStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsBudget management and financial acumenRisk management and problem‑solving capabilitiesSolid understanding of retail operations (ideally within the beauty sector)Proficiency in project management software and toolsHow to be successful in the role and at Sephora:By staying results‑oriented and proactive in this fast‑paced and dynamic environment, you'll contribute to the success of Sephora.Here, you will find:Community: authenticity is embraced, and the strength of our differences fuels our collective spiritWorking Environment: modern offices with break/relax areas for your well‑being in the center of Milan.
