As a PCA, you’ll help clients maintain their independence and quality of life by assisting with personal care and everyday tasks in the comfort of their homes.Role Overview:As a Personal Care Aide, you will work under the supervision of a registered nurse to provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities. Your role helps ensure clients can remain safe, comfortable, and supported in their homes.Responsibilities:Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygieneSupport clients with mobility and transfersAssist with toileting and incontinence carePrepare simple meals and assist with feeding, if neededPerform light housekeeping, laundry, and home organizationRemind clients to take medications (no administration)Provide companionship and emotional supportMonitor client conditions and report changes to supervisorsThe Ideal Candidate:Valid New York State PCA CertificationCompassionate, patient, and dependableExperience in home care or assisted living preferredAbility to follow instructions and care plans accuratelyGood communication and time management skillsMust pass background checks and health screeningsReliable transportation is a plusWhy You’ll Love Working Here:Flexible scheduling to meet your needsMeaningful work that directly impacts people’s livesSupportive, team-based work cultureReady to Make a Difference?
