Job Description Amazon is currently looking to hire an experienced Transactions and Business Planner, Real Estate (India APAC). In this role, you will support the India Real Estate team to ensure the timely completion of all Real Estate team deliverables across India and APAC region by monitoring, reporting and using Amazon tools for program management and reporting. Key Tasks/ResponsibilitiesManage the real estate deliverable from the back end to ensure timely completion of all deliverables, integration of RE schedules and milestones with other team programs. You will work closely with PMOs and Business Planners of these teams (GES, Projects, Engineering, Finance and Operations) to seamlessly integrate RE programs with their programs. Work in close coordination with India and APAC RE real estate teams, manage tools such as SHIELD, Source, etc. and any other external tools Amazon may adopt for Real Estate and Engineering teams’ project monitoring and review. Generate periodic reports and highlights critical path and other important delays, discrepancies, etc. and resolve the same programmatically. Reporting, monitoring and defect elimination for all RE deliverables through back end intervention and programmatic solutions.
