We tackle real‑world challenges in energy efficiency, plant reliability, automation, and decision support, taking AI models and systems all the way from research into production.Our work happens in complex, high‑stakes environments: noisy data, strict industrial constraints, and demanding requirements for robustness, reliability, and measurable impact.We are expanding our R&D team and are looking for an AI Engineer to join us. The role is open to Junior, Mid‑level, or Senior candidates. Seniority and responsibilities will be determined based on your experience and skills.What You’ll Work On (Project Examples):Your projects will match your experience and interests.A growing ecosystem of AI agents powering automation and orchestration inside our Caleno platform (LLMs, RAG, tool usage, complex workflows)Training, evaluating, and validating ML/CV models in real industrial environments, with all the constraints that come with production systemsMLOps & Production AIEnd‑to‑end pipelines, observability, continuous iteration, and scaling on HPC/GPU infrastructureWhat You’ll Do:You’ll collaborate closely with a highly technical team to deliver robust, maintainable, and measurable AI solutions that actually run in production.
