Create, manage, and regularly update customer data within the CRM/database system. Develop strong customer relations and maintain reliable communication channels. Identify and pursue business opportunities, and follow up on sales leads and orders. Collect project and market information to support sales promotion and provide competitive analysis. Work with the team to formulate and implement sales plans to achieve business targets. Participate in major project negotiations to support regional business growth.
