Overview Azienda cliente settore Moda Lusso. Per azienda cliente del settore Moda/Lusso su Scandicci ricerca Digital Quality & Compliance Specialist. La figura, inserita all’interno del team Quality System, seguirà la progettazione, strutturazione e digitalizzazione dei processi a supporto del Sistema Qualità e della Compliance di Prodotto, garantendo tracciabilità, integrità dei dati, automazione dei flussi e supporto alle attività di controllo e reporting. Opererà come interfaccia tra Qualità, Compliance, IT e le altre funzioni aziendali, traducendo i requisiti normativi e di processo in soluzioni digitali e scalabili e integrate con i sistemi informativi aziendali. Key Responsibilities Analizzare i processi del Sistema Qualità e della Compliance di Prodotto (es. gestione documentale, non conformità, azioni correttive, audit, change management, tracciabilità prodotto) per strutturare soluzioni digitali efficienti, standardizzate ed user friendly a loro supporto Progettare e implementare soluzioni digitali basate su: Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Microsoft Lists, Teams) Power Automate per l automazione dei flussi di lavoro Power BI per reportistica, KPI e dashboard di qualità e compliance Power Apps (ove necessario) per la creazione di applicazioni dedicate Garantire l integrazione delle soluzioni sviluppate con i sistemi informativi aziendali (ERP, PLM, sistemi di qualità, database, ecc.) Definire strutture dati, permessi, versioning e criteri di sicurezza delle informazioni Supportare le funzioni aziendali nella standardizzazione e miglioramento continuo dei processi Fornire supporto agli utenti, formazione e documentazione delle soluzioni implementate Collaborare con IT per aspetti di governance, sicurezza ed evoluzione delle piattaforme Qualifications Conoscenza dei processi di Qualità e Compliance di Prodotto Esperienza nella digitalizzazione dei processi aziendali Ottima conoscenza operativa di: Microsoft 365 (SharePoint Online, Lists, Excell, Teams) Power Automate Power BI Power Platform (Power Apps come plus) Gestione e costruzione Data Base SQL Capacità di analisi dei requisiti e modellazione dei processi Attitudine al lavoro trasversale con funzioni Quality, Regulatory, Operations e IT Approccio strutturato, orientato ai dati e al miglioramento continuo Il candidato ideale possiede inoltre le seguenti caratteristiche: Appassionato di gestione/analisi dei dati e della loro elaborazione e sistematizzazione Ottime capacità di collaborazione e proattività Capacità di ragionamento logico Laurea Triennale o superiore in Ingegneria, Matematica, Fisica o equivalente, in alternativa un esperienza lavorativa nell ambito data science Eccellenti capacità comunicative verbali e scritte in inglese Offer Si offre un contratto in somministrazione di 6 mesi con stabilizzazione a tempo indeterminato con Manpower.
