The Plant Manager will be responsible for ensuring the effective operational management of the manufacturing site. In line with company policies, the role will include the following key responsibilities:Oversee the day-to-day operations of the production plant, ensuring high standards of quality and full compliance with - Coordinate production activities within the plant and optimize processes in terms of efficiency and line performance; Manage Health, Safety, and Environmental aspects in collaboration with the HSE Manager; Lead and coordinate preventive and predictive maintenance programs in line with group strategies; Identify critical areas and implement continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives; Contribute to the expansion of business lines in accordance with the needs of specific markets and sectors.Requisiti: University degree in Engineering or equivalent education; Proven track record in senior plant management roles; Solid experience in industrial contexts with a strong operations background; Demonstrated leadership skills, proactivity, and authority, gained in consolidated managerial positions; Strong analytical and organizational capabilities, combined with excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Ability to operate effectively in entrepreneurial environments with a high level of autonomy and attention to detail; Results-oriented mindset, problem-solving skills, and enthusiasm; Fluency in both Italian and English is required #J-18808-Ljbffr
