Tipologia di contratto: Ricerca e SelezioneProfilo A seguito della riorganizzazione dell’ente Qualità, una nota azienda del settore metalmeccanico della provincia di Trento ricerca una figura da inserire come Quality Engineer di Processo , con focus su strumentazione, MSA e industrializzazione nuovi prodotti. La risorsa riporterà direttamente al Responsabile Controllo Qualità, collaborando in modo trasversale con Produzione, Ufficio Tecnico e Sviluppo Prodotto. Responsabilità Analisi del disegno cliente per valutazione criticità qualitative, necessità di strumentazione di misura e prove presso laboratori esterniPreparazione dei documenti per la qualità sulla base del flow-chart del processo (SRD, PFMEA AIAG-VDA e Control Plan, Cicli di controllo per fase, elenco strumenti, schede di registrazione)Realizzazione MSA sui nuovi metodi e rivalutazione MSA secondo scadenziario;Preparazione PPAP (PSW, compilazione SRD mediante lettura tabulati 3D e 2D, Cp-Cpk, MSA, identificazione pezzi campione, ecc.);Gestione sistema taratura degli strumenti e dello scadenziario;Esecuzione della prova millipore, Ink test e Adesion test;Gestione dei software per la registrazione dei controlli in produzione;Preparazione, al cambio tipo, della strumentazione per i controlli in produzione;Supporto operativo per i controlli in produzione in caso di nuovo metodi;Formazione nuovi assunti (misurazione, uso strumenti, registrazioni qualità, ecc.);Benestare alle nuove linee di produzione ed al cambio di processo, compresa preparazione PPAP;Monitoraggio dei sistemi Poka-Yoke e verifica degli Error Detection.Skill e Professionalità Diploma tecnico (preferibilmente meccanico).Buona conoscenza del disegno meccanico e dei processi produttivi/di fornitura.Conoscenza dei principali strumenti automotive: APQP, PPAP, Run & Rate, PFMEA, MSA, SPC, audit di prodotto/processo e sistema, problem solving.Almeno minimo pregresso lavorativo nel ruolo.Disponibilità orario in giornata, dal lunedì al venerdì.Informazioni Aggiuntive Si offre Contratto a tempo indeterminato o determinato con trasformazione, in base alla seniority. Paga base fino ai 40.000 € RAL. Mensa aziendale interna.
