About the jobWe are seeking a passionate and strategicSenior Education Manager – Fine Fragrances & Luxury Collectionsto join our Global Retail Experience team based in Milan. Reporting directly to theGlobal Head of Education , this pivotal role will lead the development and implementation ofbest‑in‑class training programsfor our luxury fragrance portfolio. The ideal candidate is a fine fragrance expert with a deep understanding ofluxury clienteling ,product storytelling , andeducational innovation . You will partner closely with Global Marketing and Communication to elevate brand expression across POS. How you will contributeDesign & Lead Global Education Strategyfor Dolce & Gabbana’s Fine Fragrance & Luxury Collections, focusing on olfactory storytelling, craftsmanship, and brand heritage. Create compellingtraining programsandmultisensory learning journeys , including in‑person seminars, e‑learning modules, live masterclasses, and immersive workshops tailored for retail excellence. Collaborate withGlobal Marketing Product Development & Global Communication teamsto ensure full alignment between training tools and brand positioning. Translate fragrance inspiration and formulation stories into captivating educational content that empowers Beauty Consultants to becometrue luxury fragrance connoisseurs . Monitor and enhancebeauty ambassador proficiencyacross markets, ensuring consistent delivery of an elevated brand experience worldwide. Manage external education partners and global training budgets under the supervision of the Head of Education. Championemerging trends in learning technologyand education formats to continuously evolve our fragrance training approach. Minimum5 years of experiencein a similar role within afragrance houseorprestige fragrance brand , with a strong focus on luxury positioning. Expert knowledge offine fragrance trends , raw materials, and olfactory storytelling. A certification in perfumery or fragrance education is a plus. Demonstrated experience designing and deployingscalable training content , both physical and digital. Strong command of brand storytelling, narrative design, andluxury consumer behavior . Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong presentation and facilitation capabilities. Proactive, collaborative, and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or digital learning platforms is a strong plus. Fluent in English;Italian fluency is a strong advantage .
