Working with our clients across real estate, infrastructure, energy and natural resources we transform together delivering outcomes that improve people’sAssisting the Senior Cost Manager on a range of tasks, including:Conducting background research, data collection and benchmarking; Estimating and producing cost plans; Compiling and amending the tender list; Drafting the procurement documentation; Checking and analysing the tenders; Drafting the tender report; Dealing with variations and the change control processes, negotiating less financially significant or complex matters; Conducting cost checks and valuations; Drafting monthly reports; Analysing the numbers for the final accounts; Liaising with the client, contractors, designers, etc.Other responsibilities:Preparing presentation materials for client pitches; Inputting key information into the Turner & Townsend internal database.Qualifications:University degree in construction related engineering (structural, building, electrical, HVAC) or architecture; Excellent presentation, verbal, written and communication skills; Great organisational skills; ability to multi-task and be a team player; High level of numerical reasoning and analytical skills; English and Italian language skills required.Turner & Townsend is an equal opportunity employer.
