Be part of our Operational Excellence Team As part of the continuous evolution of our organization to drive business growth IET Gas Service Risk & Operational Excellence team is looking for Spare Parts Application Engineer to join Spares & Asset lifecycle Team (SALT) which represents the backbone of the Service spare parts business. Partner with the best As Spare Parts Application Engineer you will be responsible to deliver Spare Part Lists (SPIR) for transactional and contractual customers. As a Spare Parts Application Engineer you will be responsible for : Partnering with teams ensuring contract obligations in term of project timeline and customer requirements (VDR documentation customers proprietary format) Supporting technical discussion on spare parts with customers and EPC addressing customers technical concerns Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide product guidance and define technical solutions to fulfill customers needs Being involved in initiatives inside SALT team aimed to improve Service-BOM (asset) data quality and readiness and will support process / tools improvement bringing efficiency and productivity Partnering with Service Engineering team to identify and develop innovative technical solutions on spare parts Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will : Have an Engineering degree from accredited university with proven experience in O&G / Energy Industry Have excellent technical knowledge of BH products with specific focus on operations & maintenance activities Have excellent knowledge of the Service-BOM (asset) creation / update and SPIR (Spare Part Lists) emission both as process and tool Be results oriented Have sound communication & Influencing skills Have an effective Problem Solving attitude Be fluent in Italian / English Work in a way that works for you We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone this role we can offer the following flexible working patterns : Working flexible hours - flexing the times when you work in the day to help you fit everything in and work when you are the most productive Working with us Our people are at the heart of what we do at Baker Hughes.
