From customer cohorts to product and channel profitability, you’ll help the team understand where value is created and how to grow smarter.You don’t need to be a technical data scientist: what matters is that you arecurious, hands‑on, and resourceful . You know your way around spreadsheets, you’re not afraid to explore a database or use AI tools to automate tasks, and you enjoy digging into data to find the story that helps the business move forward.ResponsibilitiesSupport the development of monthly reports and performance analysis (P&L, cash flow, margins).Clean, organize and validate data from multiple internal sources.Build dashboards and reports inGoogle Sheets, Excel, Looker Studio(or similar).Conductcustomer cohort analysesand monitorCLV/LTVto understand retention and purchasing behavior.Analyzeproduct and channel profitability , highlighting margin improvement opportunities.Segment data across acquisition channels, product clusters, and customer typologies to inform pricing, promotions, and trade marketing.Contribute tointernal and investor reporting materials , ensuring clarity and actionable insights.Collaborate closely withmarketing, retail, and product teamsto support business decisions.Experiment withAI toolsto automate and speed up repetitive tasks (data cleaning, reporting, first‑draft analysis).RequirementsFluent Italian and English (both speaking and writing)Degree inEconomics, Statistics, Management Engineering or related field~1 year of experience in a similar roleStrong withnumbers and spreadsheets ; familiarity with financial logic (margins, P&L, cash flow)Curious, tech‑savvy, hands‑on , eager to learn new toolsAble toconnect data to business decisions , not just crunch numbersDetail‑oriented, proactive, comfortable withfast turnaroundsBonus:knowledge of SQL, Google BigQuery, or data visualization toolsBenefitsWork on real business analysis from day one, with tangible impactCollaborate across functions in a fast‑paced, purpose‑driven environmentJoin an incredible early‑stage company where your decisions have immediate impactAdditional Information Seniority level: Entry levelEmployment type: Full‑timeJob function: Analyst / Consumer ServicesReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Fler by 2x.Get notified about new Junior Business Analyst jobs inMilan, Lombardy, Italy .#J-18808-Ljbffr
