OverviewDescrizione dell’offerta di lavoro I mportant Scheduling Note (Please Read Before Applying): This role requires coverage during specific shifts based on Italy time (CET). Candidates must be available to commit consistently to one of the following schedules: Tuesday – Sunday: 7:00am – 4:00pm (Italy time); Sunday – Thursday: 7:00am – 4:00pm (Italy time); Wednesday – Sunday: 1:00pm – 10:00pm (Italy time). These shifts are essential to providing real-time, in-travel support for our clients. Please take this schedule into consideration before applying. Candidates located outside the United States will be engaged under an independent contractor agreement. You will be responsible for managing your own social security and taxes in accordance with the regulations of your home country. We are willing to do the hard work in order to see our clients shine.Role MissionAs a Europe Travel Associate, you will support the team by ensuring all travel arrangements are accurate and well-documented, maintaining service excellence, and helping deliver exceptional travel experiences for our clients. You\'ll collaborate closely with Travel Advisors, Advisor Support, and the broader team to provide quality assurance, documentation support and ensure itinerary accuracy.You WillProject & Document ManagementCollaborate with Res and Support teams to create, organize, and maintain easy-access content and reference documents (dining guides, pricing reference sheets etc). Assist in developing and executing a pre-travel protocol on bookings to ensure accuracy, efficiency and a seamless backend operation. Take on projects from leadership as needed to support the European Specialist Team.Quality Check & AuditAssist with final adjustments to bookings and complete quality checks (Q/C) against all confirmations in the Admin system. Ensure all hotel proformas are aligned with the correct pricing entered in the database. Audit bookings to ensure each one has a
