Position: Accounting Specialist Tuvia Italia SpA, part of the KLN group, is seeking an Accounting Specialist for its headquarters in Segrate. The role involves the following responsibilities: Managing the active and passive cycle. General accounting tasks. Handling and recording expense notes and credit cards. Updating and maintaining the Asset Register and Inventory Book. Managing administrative relationships with Entities/Clients/Suppliers. Compliance with accounting and tax obligations (F24, periodic VAT settlements, Intrastat, Certifications, 770). Minimum of 3 years of experience in Administrative Departments or from an Audit Firm. In-depth knowledge of VAT regulations. Problem-solving skills, precision, flexibility, and autonomy. Proficiency in written and spoken English. Contract type: Permanent, according to the CCNL for freight transport and logistics.
