LOGISTICS OPERATIONS SPECIALIST - Impiegato/a LogisticoOpenjobMetis Spa, located in Milan, is recruiting a qualified professional for the role of Logistics Operations Specialist.ResponsibilitiesMonitor daily delivery activities to customers.Manage order preparation through the application: verify warehouse availability, plan delivery, track orders via the system, etc.Generate and analyze reports on eCommerce errors to ensure exceptional customer service.Assist colleagues in related activities during periods of high workload.Handle customer requests and any complaints (Ticket returns handling).Participate in new projects.Maintain relationships with external suppliers, customer service, and eCommerce division colleagues.QualificationsMaster’s or Bachelor’s degree.Experience in similar roles focused on customer assistance.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Excellent written and spoken English.Systemic and analytical thinking; interpersonal, communicative and negotiation skills; problem‑solving; openness, flexibility and teamwork.PreferredKnowledge of a TMS platform.Employment type: Temporary (in somministrazione with possible conversion to permanent). Salary: CCNL Commercio level 3, indicative RAL €28‑30k + meal vouchers. Working hours: full time, 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday 9:00–18:00.
