What you will doCollaborate with the client and the main stakeholders to define business requirements and features. Facilitate the client’s product vision. Design and deliver user flows, wireframes and prototypes. Collaborate with Developers and UI designers to implement the best UX solutions. Conduct usability testing, analyse user feedback and iterate to enhance the user experience.What we need from youOperational experience of at least 3 / 4 years in projects focused on User Experience. Previous experience and references in design or analysis of sites and digital, web and mobile products. Excellent knowledge of the topics of user‑centered design, design thinking, user research and usability, heuristic analysis, interaction design, information architecture, content strategy and prototyping and user testing. Excellent experience in using UX design Best practices to design solutions. Excellent knowledge of the Mobile User Experience: knowledge of design and interaction patterns and their declination on the various OS. Excellent problem solving skills. Good knowledge of the main UX tools (Axure, Balsamiq, Figma, Sketch, Invision; Photoshop, Adobe, etc).What you didn’t know about the team Even if we work very hard on our projects, we always find time for training. We are committed to taking care of our devs technical skills through certified courses, innovation labs and constant access to training tools.
