The Global Product Manager plays a crucial role in managing and evolving Cavotec’s Connector portfolio. Driving product development and improvements Supporting sales and marketing teams in commercial activities Prioritize and coordinate product development efforts with engineering teams. Monitor product performance metrics, including quality, profitability, and turnover. Create Sales collateral and promotional content Train sales team and channels on product knowledge and applications. MSc in Electrical or Industrial Engineering ( or equivalent ~ 3+ years in product management, product marketing, or business development. ~ Fluent in English (Italian is a plus). ~ Travel Requirement Up to 30% travel, primarily within Europe, with potential global engagements.
