Azienda leader nel settore alimentareCustomer Service EsteroManpower, per conto di una prestigiosa azienda del settore alimentare con sede nella zona di Gallarate (VA) , ricerca un/una Customer Service Estero da inserire in sostituzione temporanea per circa 6 mesi all’interno dell’area Supply Chain.Il ruoloLa risorsa entrerà a far parte del team Customer Service, un gruppo giovane e dinamico, e sarà responsabile della gestione operativa delle attività legate agli ordini esteri.Il ruolo prevede un costante utilizzo della lingua inglese e richiede ottime capacità organizzative, precisione e un forte orientamento al cliente.Le principali attivitàGestione ordini esteri: inserimento, monitoraggio, aggiornamenti e follow‑up;Coordinamento delle spedizioni internazionali e gestione della relativa documentazione export;Supporto ai commerciali per tutte le esigenze operative legate agli ordini e alle aree assegnate;Contatto diretto con distributori esteri, fornendo assistenza e informazioni precise e puntuali;Gestione dei codici prodotto, del volume ordini e delle priorità operative in un contesto dinamico e veloce;Interazione con reparti interni per assicurare il corretto flusso della Supply Chain.Si offre inserimento iniziale in somministrazione, per copertura sostitutiva di circa 6 mesi;CCNL Alimentari Industria, retribuzione parametrata all'esperienza;Orario di lavoro full‑time, 08.30 – 17.30 con un’ora di pausa;Sede di lavoro: Gallarate (VA).Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese, utilizzata quotidianamente (fondamentale);Preferibile conoscenza di una seconda lingua straniera, idealmente tedesco; in alternativa spagnolo;Preferibile esperienza pregressa nella mansione;Buona dimestichezza con strumenti informatici e gestionali.#J-18808-Ljbffr
