You know when to hack a prototype and when to write production-grade code.Tooling obsession: You are passionate about industrializing workflows. You have experience building scripts, plugins, or automations (e.g., Figma to Code) and are eager to leverage AI tools.Design sensibility: While you think like an engineer, you have a strong eye for design and deeply understand how Design Systems work.Autonomy & mindset: You are comfortable with ambiguity and can define your own roadmap.
