ResponsibilitiesSupport the preparation, convening and minutes of the meetings of the corporate bodies (Board of Directors, Trade Commissions, executive committees, shareholders’ meetings) of the Italian group companies. Manage corporate affairs of Italian group companies: share registers, authorisations, corporate records, filings with the Companies Register. Assist in the direction and coordination of the group’s foreign subsidiaries (receive and analyse periodic reports, maintain the group repository, coordinate with local counsel). Prepare periodic reporting and regulatory documentation required by listed issuers (price‑sensitive communications, corporate governance reports, remuneration reports, financial and non‑financial reporting). Support the Legal Affairs Manager on Consob, Borsa Italiana and market‑abuse (MAR) obligations, including coordination with Investor Relations (IGR) and upkeep of the required registers (internal deadlines, privileged information monitoring). Handle related compliance for significant participations and shareholder agreements.QualificationsUniversity degree in Law. 2–5 years of experience drafting corporate documentation (e.g. statutes, board meeting minutes, committee rules, convening notices, assembly agenda). 2–5 years of experience in managing filings and procedures with the Companies Register (depositions, registrations, updates). Preferred: experience with primary and secondary regulatory requirements for listed companies on the Borsa Italiana market.
