We partner with founders, marketing leaders and executive teams of high-potential consumer brands and leading large consumer goods companiesto drive sustainable growth through structured thinking, data-driven decision making and execution excellence.We are building a highly selective team and are looking for a Junior Consultantto work directly with the CEO on strategic initiatives, client engagements and internal development projects.Role DescriptionThe Junior Consultant will be part of the CEO Office , supporting high-impact strategic work across multiple clients and internal initiatives with direct exposure to well-known consumer brands and large-scale FMCG players (food & beverage, home care, etc.). This role requires strong analytical capabilities, structured problem solving, and professional maturity , with early involvement in executive-level decision-making. The position is designed for candidates with top-tier potentialwho seek accelerated learning in a demanding, meritocratic environment. The key responsibilities of the role include: Support the CEO in strategic consulting engagements, maintaining direct exposure to clients throughout the project lifecycle Participating in client interactions, including meetings, workshops and follow-ups, ensuring clear, structured and professional communication Prepare executive-level presentations and materials for client-facing meetings Analyze business, financial, and marketing data to identify trends and performance gaps, and synthesize key KPIs to drive strategic decisions.Support the coordination of multiple projects and clients simultaneously , acting as a reliable point of contact on selected workstreams Contribute to the development of Urkah’s internal methodologies, analytical frameworks and strategic contentCandidate ProfileBachelor’s or Master’s in Business Management, Economics, Marketing, Management Engineering or related fields Strong academic performance is expected Previous experience(including internships) in management consulting, corporate strategy, business intelligence, product or business line management, or marketing Experience in client-facing roles or structured stakeholder management is a strong plusAnalytical & Technical SkillsExcellent logical, structured and hypothesis-driven thinking . Strong ability to analyze, interpret and synthesize quantitative and qualitative data is a must Demonstrated capability to make decisions based on business and marketing KPIsAdvanced Excel proficiency , including complex formulas, pivot tables and data analysis, basic business and financial modeling Advanced PowerPoint skills , with a consulting-style approach (clarity, storyline, synthesis) Solid knowledge of LinkedInas a professional, analytical and business toolOther key elementsHigh standards of excellence, precision and attention to detail Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment managing multiple workstreams in parallel Strong sense of ownership, accountability and intellectual curiosity Professionalism and discretion when working closely with senior leadership Full professional fluency in Italian and EnglishEligibility to work in the country of applicationAvailability to travel to client siteson a semi-regular basisContract and Career GrowthThe role is offered as an apprenticeship with the aim of permanent employment , providing an excellent opportunity to join a fast-growing startup from the ground up.
