The ideal candidate is a wellness expert who elevates spaces through breath, movement, and sound, bringing a deep passion for holistic healing, a warm and professional demeanor, and a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences at Borgo Santo Pietro.Main ResponsibilitiesDeliver a variety of therapeutic and aesthetic treatments, including massage, hot stone therapy, and luxury beauty facials, tailored to the highest standards of excellence.Maintain an atmosphere of luxury and tranquility, ensuring guests enjoy a comfortable and rejuvenating spa experience.Prepare, set up, and lead engaging yoga classes that cater to a range of skill levels, from beginner to advanced.Organize and facilitate transformative sound bath treatments, creating an immersive and restorative sensory experience for guests.Provide personalized wellness consultations, offering tailored recommendations for treatments and products.Uphold impeccable hygiene standards by thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing treatment areas, changing linens, and sterilizing equipment between sessions.Contribute to the seamless operation of the spa, ensuring schedules, spaces, and materials are consistently well-prepared and inviting.What We’re Looking For2 years in a similar role within a luxury hospitality environment.A recognized therapist diploma or equivalent certification is essential.Proficiency in yoga, sound bath therapy, and other meditation practices is required.Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.The ability to connect meaningfully and clearly with an international clientele, offering warmth and expertise.A dedication to understanding and exceeding guest needs, ensuring an unforgettable and restorative experience.
