L’azienda valorizza la collaborazione e la fiducia reciproca e offre un contesto per affrontare nuove sfide.ResponsibilitiesGestione operativa del team: monitorare l’avanzamento degli interventi di assistenza tecnica e garantire il rispetto dei tempiSupervisione tecnica: garantire l’uso corretto delle procedure tecniche e di sicurezzaInterfaccia con il cliente: gestire reclami o problematiche operative raccogliendo feedback e/o suggerimentiReportistica: compilare report settimanali/mensili sull'attività di reparto; monitorare indicatori come tempi di intervento, first-time fix rate, numero di interventi, ecc.; condividere i dati con il Sales Manager per analisi e decisioni strategicheFormazione: occuparsi dell'inserimento di nuove risorse e della formazione del proprio teamMiglioramento continuo: proporre miglioramenti operativi e tecnici; collaborare con altri team leader per uniformare le procedureQualificationsFormazione tecnica superiore e/o laureacapacità di eseguire interventi di riparazione tecniche meccaniche e elettricheconoscenza base di reti TCP / IPconoscenza lingua inglese o tedescaCompetenze di leadership, orientamento al cliente, capacità di analisi dei problemi, capacità di comunicazioneLocationZona di provenienza: Nord Italia.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionInformation TechnologyIndustriesMachinery Manufacturing#J-18808-Ljbffr
