Job Summary We are looking for an EHS Leader to follow activities related to health, safety and environment. The role involves active management of ISO 14001 and 45001, training, maintenance coordination, and sustainability projects. ResponsibilitiesManage safety training and personal protective equipment (PPE) Monitor EHS KPIs and support risk assessment activities Coordinate EHS compliance for contractors (Article 26) Management of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 systems Collaborate with the Occupational Health Physician for health surveillance Waste management Analyze energy consumption and support sustainability initiatives Lead the Green Team and promote environmental practicesBasic Qualifications3–5 years of experience in EHS and / or Facility Management Good written and spoken English skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) RSPP and Safety Trainer certifications (preferred)Travel & Work Arrangements / Requirements Fully on-site role, with occasional travel for audits or training Key CompetenciesStrong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations Project and organizational skills Proactive mindset with curiosity and continuous improvement attitude Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsWhat we OfferDynamic international working environment Welfare program Linkedin learning access Special Accommodation Lean on us to help you make life betterWe think and act like owners.We are committed to making our customers successful.We are bold in our aspirations while moving forward with humility and integrity.We foster inspired teams.EEO Statement Ingersoll Rand is committed to achieving workforce diversity reflective of our communities.
