We are looking for a Bids and Projects Manager. The candidate shall operate inside OEN Operations team, interface BLOEN transnationally, and possess strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a team‑working inclination. With at least 2 years of experience in engineering, project management, and financial focus, the role involves all aspects of project‑management lifecycles and methodologies, working on complex multiprogram environments. Key responsibilitiesManaging Process Control actions of the BL, especially those derived from Monthly Program Reviews. Ensuring effective implementation of the BL Operating Model to improve operational efficiency and simplification. Providing support and visibility on company improvement initiatives and compliance with QMS and company rules/processes. Supporting the management of resources for forecast programs in line with the approved commercial scenario. Contributing to competitiveness improvement process actions and results. Supporting harmonization and standardization of executive reporting among BLOEN domains. Participating in major Program MRP’s and Bid’s Gate, identifying critical issues and proposing actions through interfacing entities and stakeholders. Supporting bids and projects in defining PBS, WBS, OBS, Master Schedule and RAM, consolidating workload. Contributing to monthly analysis of BLOEN domain performance, highlighting risks and proposing corrective actions. Supporting the exploitation and improvement of products in observation, navigation and exploration domains. Contributing to national filiere management, PNRR topics, Space Smart Factory and Joint Lab. Assisting OEN documentation preparation, including staff, SBP, MYB notes, presentations and reporting memos. Managing Risks & Opportunities Register, tracking mitigation and opportunity plans. Producing KPIs, preparing reporting and ensuring action plan follow‑up.Required skills, experience and qualificationsMaster’s Degree in Engineering. Minimum 2 years of experience. Project Management expertise. Core Process Development. Feasibility and economic impact assessment. Risk and Opportunity analysis and control plans. Work plan establishment for each lifecycle phase. Transition & Change Management. Continuous Improvement. New Product Development. Good knowledge of financial parameters. English fluent; mother tongue an asset.
