ACCOUNTING MANAGER

Lincotek, headquartered in Rubbiano, Parma, Italy, is a global contract manufacturer for services in markets including Industrial Gas Turbines, Aerospace and Medical Device applications, as well as a leading manufacturer of industrial coating equipment and one of the most respected producers in the Additive Manufacturing field. The Group has more than 1,800 employees located in 18 production facilities across Europe, North America and Asia. For some legal entities of the group based in Italy and Europe including our group holding in Rubbiano (PR) we are looking for an Accounting Manager. ABOUT THE JOB The Accounting Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating all administrative, financial and tax activities related to the assigned Legal Entities. This role ensures compliance with local regulations and internal guidelines, as defined by the Group CFO and Corporate organization. The ideal candidate will be a senior manager, with proven leadership skills, strong technical expertise and a hands‑on approach to financial operations and compliance. PRIMARY FUNCTIONS Lead and coordinate the administrative, accounting and treasury departments for our Italian and Swiss sites. Supervise the implementation of statutory, tax, social security and financial obligations by the administrative team.
