Phosphea is a company with over 45 years of experience in the field of macrominerals (phosphorus and calcium) for animal nutrition. With industrial plants across Europe, Africa, and other regions, it is the European leader in the production of phosphates for animal feed . Evolution – high value-added technical products focused on performance, animal welfare, and precision nutrition (including the innovative HumIPHORA ). Performance – high-quality raw materials for feed formulations. As Country Manager / Technical Sales Manager for Italy , you will report to the Southern Europe Area Manager and be responsible for managing and developing all Phosphea product ranges in the Italian market, with a focus on swine and poultry . You will be the sole company representative in Italy , taking on a strategic and autonomous role, leading both the commercial and technical development of Phosphea in the country. Develop and implement Phosphea's commercial strategy in Italy for all three product ranges. For the Essential and Performance ranges: liaise with purchasing managers , negotiate commercial agreements, and ensure client satisfaction. Conduct market analysis (competition, opportunities, trends, and regulations). Coordinate technical and commercial actions in collaboration with central support teams. Degree in Animal Science, Animal Nutrition, Veterinary Medicine , or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales within the animal nutrition sector (swine and/or poultry). Professional level of English or French . Willingness to travel throughout Italy . 100% remote work (home office). Company car. Health insurance and flexible working hours.
