We're looking for a hands‑on Systems Engineer with expertise in test automation infrastructure, system validation, and production support for our OISL (Optical Inter‑Satellite Link) manufacturing operations. Export Control Requirement: Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum. This is a role for a highly collaborative individual who will work within our SOLIS (Software Operations for Link Integration & Systems) team to maintain and optimize production test systems across global manufacturing sites. We are looking for an engineer who combines strong technical expertise in systems integration with demonstrated ability to implement robust validation protocols, drive test strategies, and deliver continuous improvements in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Lead system‑level validation and integration of OISL test automation infrastructure Drive requirements management and documentation for production test systems Develop and maintain test strategies and validation protocols Partner with hardware teams to define specifications and test limits Support production operations through troubleshooting and yield improvement initiatives Implement preventive maintenance plans and system health monitoring solutions Lead investigations for complex technical issues requiring cross‑functional coordination Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance system reliability and performance Provide technical leadership in design for testability (DFT) improvements Support software release validation and regression testing in pre‑production environments Develop and maintain documentation for production support and knowledge
