We hold an extensive portfolio of rotating equipment, process flow, transmission technology and lifecycle services. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team for the delivery of innovative digital products in the GTS Digital Services and to enhance customer experiences.ResponsibilitiesDrive all activities related to the supervision, organization, and execution of a digital project, including scope, time, contract cost, and quality management.Be responsible for project methodologies and standards, including scheduling and control, to fulfill customer expectations and needs.Plan and implement projects, manage the project scope of work, and coordinate the assigned project team (including contractors).Interact with customers to assure project delivery; handle correspondence, provide updates, schedule and execute projects, and maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders.Manage invoicing/date collection, identify deliverables, sales, and contribution margin for projects, and support cost management.Identify and evaluate risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle to add value for customers and meet profitability requirements.Support ITO, digital sales, and solution architects during change‑order negotiations with customers.QualificationsMaster’s degree in Economics or Engineering (Mechanical/Aeronautical advantageous) from an accredited institution and proven experience in a Project Manager role.Fluency in English, both written and oral.IPMA or PMP certification is an advantage.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with proven analytical and organizational ability to deliver outcomes to strict deadlines.Willingness to travel to engage and meet with customers.Working PatternsWorking flexible hours – to help you fit everything in and work when you are the most productive.BenefitsContemporary work‑life balance policies and wellbeing activities.Comprehensive private medical care options.Life insurance and disability programs.Tailored financial programs.Additional elected or voluntary benefits.EEO StatementBaker Hughes Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
