Job Description - Accounting Specialist (HOT0C6P1)Accounting Specialist (Job Number: HOT0C6P1)Work LocationsHilton Rome Eur La Lama Viale Europa 287 Rome 144ENGLISH:We are looking for an Accounting Specialist with experience in general accounting, taxation, and accounts payable.Main responsibilities:Participating in the correct maintenance of general accounting and the accounts payable cycle;Participating in the maintenance and updating of mandatory accounting and tax records;Preparing monthly/annual adjustments and closing entries;Supporting the preparation of statutory financial statements;Supporting the preparation and monitoring of periodic tax compliance (VAT, direct taxes, CU, 770, etc.);Analyzing and reconciling balance sheet and income statement accounts;Actively participating in the implementation of improvements in accounting and administrative processes.What are we looking for?3-5 years' experience in similar roles, preferably in structured business environments.Knowledge of national accounting standards (OIC) and Italian tax regulations.Knowledge of the main tax obligations.Accuracy, autonomy, and ability to work in a team.What will it be like to work for Hilton?Hilton is the leading global hospitality company, spanning the lodging sector from luxurious full-service hotels and resorts to extended-stay suites and mid-priced hotels.
