Per azienda leader a livello nazionale e internazionale nello sviluppo e produzione di packaging, ricerchiamo un Plant Maintenance Manager.In questo ruolo sarai responsabile : della gestione efficiente e della pianificazione della manutenzione delle linee di produzione e delle attrezzature dello stabilimento, attraverso attività di manutenzione preventiva.collaborerai con l’Ingegneria di Processo dello Stabilimento e con i fornitori per il miglioramento delle tecnologie attuali.garantirai il buon funzionamento delle linee produttive in base ai cambi prodotto.parteciperai attivamente, in qualità di figura chiave, alla riduzione degli scarti, al miglioramento dell'OEE (efficienza complessiva dell’impianto) e della Qualità, assicurando l'implementazione delle azioni concordate.Profilo richiesto Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica o diploma tecnico, con almeno 5 anni di esperienza industriale nella manutenzione meccanica.Buona esperienza in ambienti di produzione, macchine utensili e tecnologia della banda stagnata.Mentalità orientata alla sicurezza, capacità di problem‑solving, lavoro in team e buone doti comunicative.Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.Sede : Aprilia.#J-18808-Ljbffr
