Business Context and Main Purpose of the Job The SHE Specialist Intern collaborates with the Health, Safety & Environmental teams, but also with Engineering, Quality, HR and Operations teams, in order to guarantee a continuous improvement of the digitalization process of the SHE issues. Moreover, He or She will be involved in the key issues and improvement workstreams, acting autonomously in the development and implementation of new digital solutions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Work closely with all the Engineering, the Operations, the Quality and the HR teams, support and propose activities related to digitalization improvement; • Support on the fast and efficient implementation of countermeasures to tackle daily tags and unsafe conditions; • Document archive management and update, through the implementation of digital platform; • Reporting of KPI related to SHE matters; • Management of all the SHE data through a company platform to implement (Tracking of Near Miss, SBO, Internal Audit, etc); • Relation between people and the department on HSE topics; • Participate actively in training projects; in particular, support the management and coordination of worker information and training programs and their monitoring; • Ability to evaluate different solutions to the same issue, with focus on costs and timing; • Track metrics to discover areas for improvement and monitor upgrades; • support the planning and management of internal and customer audits; • Collaborate with Quality department for compliance with the Standards. KEY Interfaces: • SHE Manager - RSPP • ASPP • Environmental and WT Leader • HR, Quality, Engineering Teams • Workers Does this sound like you? • High School Diploma • Creation, development and implementation of the digital tools to manage data; • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (mainly Excel, Power Point), Apple, DataStorage; • Extremely well-organized, precise and able to multi-task with excellent prioritizing and time-management skills; • Knowledge in digitization; • Proactive, self-motivated and able to act as a team player; • English proficiency and Italian mother tongue; • Fast learner, open minded and growth mindset; • Having a “Can Do” attitude and result oriented; • Strong problem solving, goal driven and creative thinking skills and attention to details.
