The role reports to the Transactional Services Sr Manager and it is based in Parma (Italy). Job Purpose The Transactional Services Continuous Improvement Analyst will contribute to promoting and fostering the continuous improvement of transactional processes, guaranteeing the processes’ compliance and the achievement of the objectives in terms of service level and performances of the Administrative Shared Service Center transactional service (
