Together, we can shape the future of healthcare.Coronary & Renal Denervation (CRDN) Businesses As part of the Coronary & Renal Denervation (CRDN) businesses within the CardioVascular Portfolio, you’ll work in a dynamic and inclusive environment. Collaborating with Cardiologists, Cath Lab managers, and other stakeholders, you’ll help implement CathWorks technology in hospitals while driving adoption and delivering impactful training programs. With flexible working practices, a focus on work-life balance, and a competitive compensation package, this is more than just a job—it’s a chance to make a real difference.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:Coordinate and execute initial training sessions for using the CathWorks suite, including shadowing users, providing theoretical training, and assisting with first clinical proceduresSupport the adoption of the CathWorks suite during the early implementation phase by collaborating with local Sales Representatives (SRs) and ensuring activities are tracked and measured in coordination with the WE HQ teamConduct follow-up training sessions for new and existing users, particularly when new tools or functionalities are introducedTrain local SRs during live and demo cases to help them achieve certification in proficient usage of technologyAssist local commercial teams (SRs, Marketing) in delivering product presentations and demo cases in target accountsProvide "train the trainer" resources to hospital staff, enabling them to independently train their personnel on the CathWorks suiteRequired Knowledge and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering or a closely related fieldMinimum 4 years of experience in Computer Science or technology implementation within the healthcare industry, with a focus on medical systems integrationStrong knowledge of angiograms and cardiac anatomy, with demonstrated expertise in imaging technologiesProven project management skills, including the ability to plan, coordinate, and execute programs while meeting timelines and objectivesExceptional customer service and communication skills to resolve problems proactively and collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and hospital staffWillingness and ability to travel extensively, up to 80% of the time, within the country of residence and across key European Union (EU) countriesDesirable QualificationsExperience implementing innovative diagnostic tools or medical devices in hospital settingsFamiliarity with CathWorks technology or similar non-invasive diagnostic solutionsAdditional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) or advanced technical training related to imaging systemsPhysical Job Requirements The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.Benefits & Compensation Medtronic offers a competitive Salary and flexible Benefits PackageA commitment to our employees lives at the core of our values.
