Job Summary The HR Administrator, a member of our People and Culture Team, provides comprehensive administrative and operational HR support across multiple Countries in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. This role is responsible for managing payroll, workforce reporting and personnel‑related activities ensuring compliance with Country‑specific legislation and requirements. The position requires strong attention to detail, cross‑cultural and cross‑functional communication skills and a desire to develop within international HR practices. This essential member will also collaborate/lead global initiatives which contribute to enhancing our team member experience. Job Responsibilities Maintains accurate and up‑to‑date employees’ records, ensuring punctual alignment with HR US; Prepares employment contracts, offer letters, promotion letters and other documentation for international hires/employees; Coordinates with local payroll providers to ensure accurate and timely payroll, national tax & social contribution processing, in accordance with local employment legislation; Manages the salary
