From farm to table, from lab to patient—trust innovation that protects what matters most.Role Description We are looking for a Finance & Control Specialist to join our growing team and support the Chief Operating Officer in managing all administrative, financial, and management control activities.This is a key role for someone who wants to combine financial accuracy, operational insight, and strategic vision in a fast‑evolving, innovation‑driven company.Your mission You will ensure the effective management of all financial and administrative processes — from treasury to reporting — and play a central role in implementing a robust management control system that supports business growth and accountability.Key responsibilities Manage cash flow and treasury , monitoring collections and payments, maintaining an up‑to‑date cash forecast.Oversee accounting, financial statements, and tax compliance , coordinating both internal and external resources.Ensure accurate reporting of all activities and expenses related to public grants and incentive programs .Develop cost accounting and management control tools, including the evaluation and implementation of digital systems (ERP, business intelligence, etc.).Prepare financial and management reports for internal and external stakeholders.What we’re looking for Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related fields .At least 2 years of experience in structured administrative and/or management control environments.Strong command of English (written and spoken).Accuracy, reliability, and a proactive, problem‑solving mindset.If you want to bring your financial skills into a deep‑tech company committed to sustainability and innovation, we’d love to hear from you.#J-18808-Ljbffr
