OverviewJoin to apply for the Application Healthcare Program Manager role at DXC Technology.Job DescriptionApplication Services cover four areas : Applications Development; Applications Modernization and Transformation; Testing and Digital Assurance; and Applications Management.ResponsibilitiesIdentify customer needs, translate them into requirements, and support upselling / business development.Manage existing contracts ensuring adherence to budget, timeline, and resource allocation.Deliver business value to customers using project management and technical skills.Maintain program documentation and prepare regular status reports.Lead technical teams or contribute to delivery activities by identifying and mitigating potential risks.Drive business development and upselling in Analytics, with a focus on the Public Sector Industry.Basic QualificationsExtensive experience in programs / services related to application solutions, preferably in the public sector.Excellent relational and analytical skills; proactive with the ability to work in teams.Goal-oriented with attention to detail and quality.Italian native speaker.Other QualificationsRelevant certifications such as PMP, PgMP, Agile, and ITIL are advantageous.Work Location: Naples, with remote work options and travel availability.At DXC Technology, we prioritize in-person collaboration while supporting flexible work arrangements to promote wellbeing and productivity.
