Stay Over è un'azienda multiservizi presente nel territorio italiano da oltre 15 anni e specializzata nelle pulizie in outsourcing per il settore alberghiero. La sede legale ed amministrativa è a Treviso (TV) e opera in tutto il Centro - Nord Italia. Selezioniamo un/una HOUSEKEEPER MANAGER da inserire all’interno di una struttura alberghiera 4 Stelle a Roma , vicino alla Stazione Roma Termini e alla Stazione Metro Barberini. La figura individuata si occuperà del controllo e del coordinamento del personale addetto alle pulizie ai piani e al facchinaggio attraverso la pianificazione settimanale dei turni. Le principali attività da svolgere riguarderanno: - Gestione del personale su scala gerarchica (floor, cameriere, facchini, plongisti, ...); - Unico interlocutore con la Direzione dell'albergo; - Organizzazione dei turni di lavoro: delle cameriere ai piani e dei facchini; - Monitoraggio quotidiano del servizio svolto dal personale; - Costante relazione con la Direzione, FOM e BOM per la gestione delle richieste e di eventuali problematiche (camere vip, late check out, richieste specifiche o personalizzazioni); - Relazione con la Sede amministrativa e con le Controller di Area aziendali; - Colloqui di selezione di cameriere ai piani e facchini; - Gestione degli ordini di materiale necessario. - Esperienza pregressa nella mansione di Housekeeper Manager presso alberghi 4/5 stelle e superior; - Esperienza di Housekeeper Manager in Hotel di +70 camere; - Esperienze lavorative in aziende di outsourcing; - Ottimo uso dei principali pacchetti office; - Ottime dote relazionali e gestionali; - Capacità di gestione dello stress e della dinamicità; - Orario Full time in cui è richiesta flessibilità oraria e turnazione dalle 7:00 circa alle 21:30 circa; - Buona conoscenza della lingua italiana e possibilmente conoscenza della lingua inglese.
