Se cerchi un ambiente elegante, stimolante e ricco di ispirazione, VRetreats è il luogo ideale per costruire il tuo percorso.VRetreats non è solo un’opportunità lavorativa.È un’esperienza di crescita personale, dove ogni giorno si contribuisce a creare qualcosa di speciale.PosizioneAl Ca' di Dio, il nostro Hotel 5* lusso di Venezia ubicato in una posizione privilegiata, all’ingresso della zona Arsenale, nel “Contemporary Art District”, siamo alla ricerca di un/una Bar Manager che entri a far parte di VRetreats e che condivida con noi la nostra passione per l’eccellenza.ResponsabilitàÈ responsabile della qualità del servizio e corretto adempimento delle direttive aziendali da parte del personale.È responsabile del corretto uso e mantenimento delle attrezzature.Monitora del conto economico in base ai budget aziendali.Accoglie gli ospiti in conformità agli standard VRetreats di qualità, presentazione e igiene di cibi e bevande, in modo cortese e professionale.Monitora tutti gli aspetti dell'esperienza degli ospiti, dalla disposizione del bar prima del loro arrivo all'esperienza che ricevono durante il servizio.Svolge le operazioni del bar assistendo il servizio, l'allestimento, la mise en place e la pulizia, secondo le politiche, gli standard e le procedure VRetreats.Agisce, con il suo team, in ottica di continuo miglioramento e per anticipare le esigenze degli ospiti.Garantisce il rispetto degli standard di produzione, in particolare in merito alle materie prime e al costo del lavoro.Garantisce l’applicazione delle norme vigenti e delle procedure aziendali relative agli aspetti igienico - sanitari (HACCP)RequisitiPregressa esperienza nel medesimo ruolo in hotel di lusso.Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese e preferibilmente conoscenza di una seconda lingua.Ottima padronanza dei programmi del pacchetto Office, dei diversi browser Internet e della posta elettronica.Capacità organizzative e di gestione del personale.Creatività, innovazione e predisposizione alla cura del particolare.Altre informazioniDomicilio su Venezia o zone limitrofe.
