20089 Quinto De Stampi, Lombardia Editoriale Domus S.p.AInserito 8 giorni faDescrizione Del LavoroEditoriale Domus, azienda fondata da Gianni Mazzocchi nel 1929, con i suoi brand di grande prestigio e autorevolezza nei settori automotive, architettura e design, viaggi e cucina, rappresenta una case history aziendale unica, e non solo nel panorama editoriale, ed è un costante punto di riferimento nazionale ed internazionale sia per il mondo consumer che per quello professional.Per potenziamento della Business Unit Professional, leader nella fornitura di software, banche dati e servizi per il settore Automotive, Assicurativo e Autoriparativo, siamo alla ricerca di un Program Manager con un focus sul mercato Autoriparativo/Assicurativo che si inserirà all’interno della Software Factory.La risorsa si occuperà di svolgere le seguenti attività:Pianificazione, coordinamento e monitoraggio dell’intero ciclo di vita del progetto.Collaborazione con i solution manager per la definizione requisiti, specifiche funzionali e roadmap.Coordinamento di risorse interne (dev, analisti, QA, UX/UI) e gestione dei carichi di lavoro.Collaborazione continuativa con Sales, Direzione SWF e Strategia per la definizione dei progetti strategici, delle loro priorità, degli obiettivi e del perimetro.Raccolta, analisi e formalizzazione dei requisiti dei progetti anche direttamente con i clienti.Produzione di documentazione funzionale, user stories, milestone e deliverable.Gestione stakeholder interni/esterni e mediazione tra business e IT.Supporto a pre‑sales, onboarding clienti e gestione criticità.Definizione di KPI, monitoraggio avanzamento attività, rischi e budget.Conduzione meeting di progetto, governance e report periodici.Identificazione di opportunità di innovazione nel settore autoriparativo.Supervisione di attività tecniche e supporto alla definizione dell’architettura software.Il candidato dovrà possedere i seguenti requisiti:Esperienza consolidata nel project management avanzato/waterfall.Capacità di supervisionare e definire architetture software e infrastrutturali complesse.Esperienza nella gestione di progetti complessi e multi‑stakeholder, preferibilmente in contesti strutturati.Gradita conoscenza del mercato automotive (auto/moto/sales/after sales).Conoscenza strumenti PM (Pianificazione Collaborazione, Rendicontazione).Familiarità con API, piattaforme enterprise e governance IT.Conoscenza dell'inglese a livello professionale (lettura documentazione e meeting tecnici).Gradita competenza in cloud‑native ed infrastrutture high availability.Capacità di mediazione business–IT.Ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali.Attitudine alla collaborazione cross‑funzionale con Sales, Strategia e Prodotto.Sede di lavoro: Valutiamo candidature sia in Lombardia (sede di lavoro Rozzano) che in Toscana (sede di lavoro Montaione).Inquadramento e retribuzione commisurati al grado di esperienza del candidato.Ambiente dinamico e stimolante.Il presente annuncio è rivolto ad entrambi i sessi, ai sensi delle leggi 903/77 e 125/91, e a persone di tutte le età e tutte le nazionalità, ai sensi dei decreti legislativi 215/03 e 216/03.
