Senior Software Engineer

We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer who thrives on solving complex problems, building at scale, and raising the bar for what great engineering looks like. You’ll work hands-on across the stack - with PHP/Symfony on the backend and Vue.js on the frontend - while shaping architecture, mentoring teammates, and influencing how we evolve toward event-driven, distributed systems. Strong expertise in PHP and Symfony. Solid frontend skills in Vue.js (React or Angular welcome too). Knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and exposure to NoSQL. Deep understanding of software design principles and scalable architectures. Comfort with CI/CD pipelines, cloud environments, and DevOps practices. A collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills. Our engineering culture is rooted in collaboration, ownership, and flexibility. Most of our team is based around Milan and we embrace a hybrid working model that balances focus with in-person connection.
