Headquartered in Hangzhou, China, and expanding rapidly across the globe, Hoymiles is at the forefront of smart solar technology—designing advanced microinverters, hybrid inverters, and energy storage systems for residential, commercial, and utility‑scale applications.As we strengthen our footprint in Southern Europe, we’re looking for a Technical Service Engineer to deliver top‑tier service and technical expertise to our growing network of partners and customers.ItalyWhat You’ll DoAfter‑Sales SupportDeliver expert, solution‑driven technical support to our professional customers and partners.Conduct engaging training sessions to empower installers and internal teams.Manage RMA requests with speed and precision to keep customer satisfaction high.Drive service optimization, improving response times, parts usage, and cost‑efficiency.Track and report service KPIs to ensure continuous improvement.Pre‑Sales SupportCollaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise during customer meetings and project planning.Prepare compelling technical proposals, system designs, and product presentations.Ensure all technical solutions meet local regulatory and grid requirements.Monitor local market trends and share insights with R&D, product, and marketing teams.Support our presence at trade shows, technical workshops, and partner events.Provide hands‑on support during on‑site installations and commissioning when needed.Who You AreBased in Italy with the ability to travel nationally and occasionally internationally.Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (renewable energy specialization is a plus).3+ years of experience in technical support, engineering, or field services, preferably in the solar, energy, or electrical sectors.Technically skilled, solution‑oriented, and a natural communicator with a customer‑first mindset.Adaptable and proactive, comfortable working in a fast‑paced, international environment.Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.Why Hoymiles?Impactful Work: Help accelerate the energy transition and shape the future of distributed energy.Career Growth: Be part of a dynamic, multicultural team with clear opportunities for development.Innovation & Excellence: Join a company driven by quality, agility, and innovation in everything we do.Ready to power the future with us?
