We pride ourselves on being creative and innovative solution providers to our customers and partners.Job DescriptionEnfinity Global is currently looking for a Site Manager for the Construction department, that will report to the Construction Manager of the designated Region. This role is responsible for ensuring that the construction project is completed on time and within budget. They monitor and direct contractor activities from start to finish; direct and oversee various contractors and subcontractors from site preparation and foundation.This new resource keeps close contact with clients throughout the project's life cycle, accompanies clients during site visits and answers questions or concerns about the project's progress; they are responsible to follow site safety protocols daily on their site visits and ensure contractors and crew work in a safe environment and follow the rules.Responsibility/DutiesEPC contract management and on-site operations, review of project submittals for quality assurance, technical accuracy, schedule, etcSite management under construction, assuring that the project is completed within time and budgetSupervision and overseeing the direction of the project, ensuring that Enfinity Global's specifications and requirements are met, reviewing progress, and liaising with quantity surveyors to monitor costsCoordination and supervision of construction workersEnsure construction and site safety, as well as preparation of site reports, designs and safety/quality control reportsEnsure project compliance with Companies Social Responsibility, Quality, Environmental and Safety standards, practices, and internal codesSupport all close‑out documentation to Asset Management team at completion of the projectsSupport Asset Management team during warranty periodRequirementsQualificationsEngineering degree (preferable)Proven experience (7-10+ years) in managing site operations and power plant sites under constructionExperience in Renewables IndustriesIn-depth knowledge of construction regulations and practices in ItalyDemonstrated leadership skills, with experience managing multidisciplinary teamsProblem-solving skills; high ability to work under pressureFluent in Italian and English, both spoken and writtenIn Enfinity Global group you will find a very dynamic and multinational environment in one of the most exciting and impactful industries.
