In this role you will lead a private equity-backed intralogistics group into an ambitious domestic and international expansion. You will act as the central driver across all functions, shaping strategy, governance, and the growth agenda to deliver profitability and value creation. You will represent the company to key customers and partners while strengthening the commercial organisation and operational excellence. Responsabilità Coordinate all business functions and foster cross-functional collaboration
Lead development and strengthening of the commercial organisation, and represent the company to key customers, distributors, and agents
Own P&L performance and drive growth, efficiency and financial results
Optimize operational and project management processes to increase agility
Develop annual budget, forecasts, and multi-year strategic plan for Board review
Identify operational challenges, implement corrective actions, and rationalize product portfolio for standardization and scale
Support expansion and diversification of business lines in line with market opportunities
Requisiti fondamentali Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering or comparable technical discipline
Proven track record in intralogistics or related manufacturing/commercial environments
Experience in leading sales organisations and distribution networks
Strong analytical and strategic capabilities and ability to build cross-level relationships
Outstanding communication, leadership, and people-building skills
