Ingenn è la società di Head Hunting unicamente focalizzata nella ricerca e selezione di profili tecnici e ingegneri.The partner:Ricerchiamo un* Senior Automation Engineer da inserire a tempo indeterminato presso un nostro cliente, Start-Up innovativa del mondo chimico-ingegneristico. Il nostro cliente è specializzato nel mondo delle energie rinnovabili e, in particolare, nella ricerca, sviluppo e prototipazione di nuove batterie green e sistemi di accumulo a lunga durata. L'obiettivo è quello di inserire una figura che diventerà responsabile dei futuri inserimenti del team di Automation Engineering.The role:Definire l'architettura di controllo: struttura del programma PLC, macchine a stati, allarmi/interblocchi, interfacce di comunicazione, registrazione dati.Implementare il codice PLC e integrare sensori (pressione/flusso/temperatura/livello) e attuatori (pompe/valvole) in un sistema di controllo affidabile.Supportare microcontrollori/nodi embedded dove necessario (gateway, periferiche, rilevamento ausiliario).Contribuire alla definizione della logica BMS (limiti, protezioni, modalità operative, flussi di lavoro di bilanciamento/ribilanciamento).Sviluppare funzionalità di automazione per banchi di prova e script ripetibili con i team di R&S/testing.Guidare la messa in servizio e la risoluzione dei problemi su sistemi pilota/containerizzati; produrre procedure di assistenza e diagnostica.Garantire una documentazione robusta: liste I/O, allineamento P&ID, versionamento software, supporto FAT/SAT.Redigere procedure, report e documentazione tecnica in generale.Mandatory skills:Almeno 6anni di esperienza come nell'ingegneria di automazione (gli anni di dottorato possono essere conteggiati come esperienza se pertinenti).Solida esperienza di programmazione PLC e integrazione pratica di controlli industriali.Esperienza con sensori, attuatori, protocolli di comunicazione industriale e progettazione di allarmi/interblocchi.Capacità di operare in contesti di messa in servizio sul campo e di risolvere problemi su sistemi complessi.Ottimo livello di lingua inglese (B2 minimo).Additional Info:Ideale ma non mandatario aver maturato esperienza in sistemi di accumulo energetico o sistemi di potenza industriali (concetti di BMS/EMS sono un plus) e con microcontrollori e architettura software per sistemi modulari.Familiarità con monitoraggio remoto, registrazione dati e progettazione di controlli orientati all'affidabilità.Location:Rho (MI).#J-18808-Ljbffr
