You’ll bring expertise in curriculum and a passion for helping educators grow.Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (preferred) or Diploma (ACECQA recognised).At least 2 years’ experience in a Lead Educator or curriculum leadership role.In-depth knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and inquiry-based learning.Strong coaching, mentoring, and reflective practice skills.Knowledge of Reggio Emilia philosophy and pedagogical documentation.WWCC and First Aid.Our promise to you We’ll recognise your impact and invest in your growth.
